A STATEMENT ABOUT OUR RECENT CASE DISMISSAL
A complaint was filed against Woodbolt Distribution, LLC, makers of Cellucor, which made allegations regarding the regulatory compliance of the amino nitrate ingredients contained in certain of our products. In response to the complaint, we presented plaintiff’s counsel with information to support the safety and regulatory compliant status of these ingredients. As a result, we were able to achieve a favorable resolution of the lawsuit, and plaintiff agreed to dismiss the complaint, prior to it ever being served.
