Upon receiving the return at Cellucor, a Results Team representative will contact you regarding the product exchange, credit, or refund. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
Purchases made at a third party retailer are handled on an individual basis.
RETURN FULLFILLMENT
Orders for in-stock merchandise are normally shipped within one business day for delivery 1-4 business days after the order is placed, depending on your geographic location. Please note that orders placed on nationally observed holidays will be shipped on the next normal business day. We ship all orders via UPS and do not require a signature for delivery. However, if you would like your package to be signed for upon delivery, please indicate that in the comments box when placing you order. A physical street address and a phone number are required for all shipments, as we do not ship to PO Box addresses.
All returns are subject to approval by Cellucor to protect against fraudulent activities and Cellucor will have sole discretion to award all returns.
